  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update prices without notice.
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion.
  • Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders where products are unavailable or pricing errors have occurred.

4. Payment

  • Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe, our secure payment processor.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards.

5. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Installation Services

  • Where installation services are included or purchased, these will be arranged separately.
  • Installation appointments are subject to availability and location.
  • You must ensure suitable access is provided for installation.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • Installed products may not be eligible for return. Contact us for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products or services in question.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
